Service Description
At Packleader Academy, we specialize in individualized behaviour assessments for you and your dog within your own environment. If you are feeling unsure about how your dog would handle the off leash park or your dog is reactive on your walks and you don't know what to do, we can help assess the reasons behind the behaviour and tailor a program that helps get you to where you are comfortable and can trust the situation and know what to do. This approach helps us tailor the best solution, whether it be dog daycare or intensive training programs for you and your pet. Our mission is to enhance the bond between you and your dog, ensuring a happier, more harmonious life together.
Cancellation Policy
For confirmation of purchase a 'Terms & Conditions' form must first be submitted, and can be found on this site. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, contact us no less than 48 hours prior to services booked to receive a refund. Rescheduling your class can be done anytime prior to start of class or session. All dogs must provide vaccination documents. Missed Obedience classes can be made up at the drop-in PL/Ob on Saturdays at 3:00 pm, at no extra cost. Just let Miss Mimi know you'll be there so she can book your spot. For board & train clients, you can cancel up to 2 weeks ahead of start of program, with a small administrative fee taken.
