Service Description
This is a structured, safe, and supervised environment designed to help puppies (aged 10–24 weeks) build confidence, learn social skills, and form positive associations with new sights, sounds, surfaces, and people in a small class of 4 puppies. Expert oversight ensures that interactions remain positive for all puppies, balancing different temperaments and teaching YOU how to supervise puppy play. Teaching puppies to be comfortable with handling and restraint will makes vet visits and grooming easier and we will teach YOU to understand your puppy's body language and how to manage socialization safely and effectively. Positive Solutions for Puppies Are - Polite Greetings, Leash Walking, Come when Called, Potty Training, Nipping, Barking, Chewing and Jumping Up. Puppies with at least 2 sets of shots and in good health can attend class. Proof must be provided. A six foot leash, (not retractable) and a soft collar, preferable a martingale. No Harnesses in class. Treats in a sealed bag and a favorite toy can also be used for the class. *For pups under 6 months of age

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Procedures: Deadline for cancelling a class or private session can receive a refund if notice is received via email within 48 hours of start of the class and private session. You can reschedule your classes or private session anytime before the 48-hours, or you will not qualify for a refund. Deposits & Payment: Deposit of 30% is required to secure a spot and full payment is due at the start of class or private session. No-Show Fees: No refund will be issued if you are a no show for a private sessions, and a missing class without notice will not be refunded as there the class has moved on to the next part of program. Vaccination Requirements: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations are required, including Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus), and Bordetella. Assessment Requirements: Mandatory requirements for booking a private session must be confirmed with a verbal or in person behaviour assessment.
