PackLeader Academy, led by Miss Mimi, shares her list of accomplishments. Apart from growing up with and owing a pack dogs most of her life, this is her skill sets she has developed in the dog industry since 2005 and still adding to by reading and research;

Life long Animal lover, horse enthusiast, and I rescued most of my dogs, fostered & rehabilitated dogs
She has successfully operated her dog daycare for over two decades, managing a pack of up to 25 dogs daily on her own. With a lifelong passion for animals, she now aims to focus on dog training programs that emphasize calm assertive energy for both dogs and their owners.
While continuing her daycare operations, she seeks to educate dog owners on the importance of establishing pack leadership to ensure a harmonious home environment and teaching dog owners how to understand their friends better.
With her trusted Yellow Labrador Sandy by her side, Mimi is dedicated to guiding dog owners through the challenges of introducing a new pet, whether it’s a reactive, anxious, rescue, or a puppy to the family, children, friends and social gatherings.
Our mission is to help dog owners understand calm leadership, and build strong bonds with their furry friends through effective, personalized pack leadership training and our unique blend of Obedience. We offer home visits, in-person classes at our facility, and an upcoming online course for those who prefer to learn from the comfort of their own bed.
To enhance accessibility, our services include one-on-one private sessions, group classes and informative blogs. We will be launching our online courses this upcoming late fall or winter 2026.

We had some serious issues with our 14 month old black Lab Tucker. Mimi came to us and met our puppy and sat down with us and explained many things in detail of how to correct his behaviour. This was Sept 1/19, now Sept 6th we have a completely different puppy. He is no longer continuing the behaviour and he is a pleasure to be around. it's been 5 days and I didn't think it was possible we had tried everything. I know it is still new but as long as we keep up our boundaries and limitations I know we will continue to have a wonderful family pet.

This daycare has been so wonderful for our dog Zoe! The owner, Mimi, is amazing to watch with the dogs. They listen to her and respect her in such a way that I decided to also book some training with her. The results were awesome, and have made my life easier too because our dog has started to look at me as the leader. Mimi is absolutely amazing. We have Kaido in her level two training. she has given us so many wonderful skills and resources as to how to train our little boy. She makes being a first time dog owner 100 times less intimidating and Kaido absolutely loves her. The amount of positive changes we have seen in our little boys behaviour not only at home but on walks and on outings have been immense. We have a lot of work ahead of us still but He wouldn’t be the well behaved little boy he is with out her training skills she has passed on to us. I would recommend Mimi to anyone and everyone.

Mimi has been a godsend to me and my puppy Charlie! He was so wild and crazy when I first got him last January (2024). He was like a divining rod on the leash! Mimi came to my house and we went to a nearby park, to train him on the leash, so he is not so reactive and walks straight - best decision ever. She also watches him at her daycare. I couldn't have reared Charlie to the great dog he is today without her. Mimi is so in tune with the dogs. Charlie loves her. She is a true dog whisperer!

Place is excellent. My dog has been doing daycare here since he was a puppy till present. My dog always excited when he know we will go here.
